There is probably a change that you are wanting to make in your life.
Maybe you are trying to quit social media, start eating better, improve your finances, or change your mindset on a situation.
But you haven’t done it yet… so what’s stopping you?
In order for you to make the change, you have to want it.
You have to want to make the change more than the fears that are stopping you.
There is comfort in continuing to do what you have always done. Your mind rationalizes that keeping the status quo is the safe route. You know what is going to happen.
But at a certain point, what you are currently doing may no longer serve you. You get sick and tired of the status quo.
You may be holding yourself back from a better life through your inability to make the change.
