There is no limit to the number of external problems that you can have.
Your work can be frustrating.
Your car can be old.
Your kids can be moody.
The weather can be crappy.
You can disagree with a politician’s actions.
Your home can have flaws.
You might not have enough money.
A friend can be unkind.
Somebody can be more successful than you.
…
And the list goes on and on. Why? Because you can have unlimited external problems.
You can always have something to be upset about, afraid of, or saddened by.
You need to decide which “problems” are worth internalizing, and which are just another on the endless list of external things that might detract you from inner peace.

Ahhh so true…. The list of things to worry about is endless, but our energy to worry about it is not!
