- De-Clutter – Having clutter around your house has been proven to cause stress, literally raising the level of inflammatory hormones in our bodies. Take time to de-clutter your living spaces.
- Improve Your Finances – You don’t need to be wealthy to be happy, however, having financial security leads to much less stress. Take steps to get on a financial plan so you don’t have to worry about money anymore.
- Drop The Victim Mindset – It’s your life, take control! Stop telling yourself that you are a victim of circumstance, and start making positive change. You can be happy if you want.
- Embrace Relationships – Surrounding yourself with good people can enrich your wellbeing more than anything else. Embrace relationships that are positive for you, ditch those that are not.
- Invest In Yourself – Spend some time on your own personal growth and wellbeing. Invest in yourself by setting aside money for books, classes, fitness equipment, or better fitting clothing.

- Have The Conversation – It’s not fun to have a difficult conversation, but holding in negative feelings is worse. Have the conversation you need to have and get it off your chest.

- Turn Off The News – A very simple way to improve your overall happiness in life is to stop following the news cycle. You’ll be happier and have more feeling of control over your life.
- Commit to Optimism – When you view the world as having abudant oppurtunity, you’ll naturally start to improve your life. Commit to being optimistic, and start seeing all the reasons to be happy.
